The location was good as it was near a metro stop and within walking distance to the Old Port, Le Panier area and other places of interest. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to recommend eating places and places of interest to go to especially Patrick. The room was clean and cozy albeit a bit small. The bed is comfortable.

The cleanliness of our rooms was great. Beds were comfortable. We had a double room and a twin room. The twin room size was much larger than most hotels. The AC was very good which was needed as the temperatures were average 33 degrees during our stay. Staff were on hand should we need anything. Check in and check out was easy. Location was perfect for us. There was good WiFi connection. Plenty of eateries right next to the hotel with outdoor seating which open quite early in the morning. It is a short walk from the hotel to the port and there are plenty of transport links nearby. There is also a great shopping centre approx 7 minutes walk away.

We stayed on the 5th floor for a 3 night weekend. The rooms was tight, but everything you need is there. We had balcony which was lovely. We found the room to be very quiet, which was great. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had everything and clean, towels fresh, there was a safe and mini bar also which was handy. We had breakfast one morning and it was lovely, very tasty. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool, but it looked nice, small but nice for a treat and to relax.

Very nice place near the attractions we were interested. Clean and cozy room with all the amenieties you would need. There is a small and nice pool in the basement and we enjoyed that for more than half an hour - it requires prior reservation and you can stay for 30 minutes if it's more than 8 people at a time.

Excellent little hotel with good facilities and pretty. Good staff at reception, very helpful and kind. Very comfy bed and good aircon. Free wifi. They let me use the facilities to shower on my last day after check out!

This is a good 4 star hotel in the heart of Marseille. I like the rooms - nice, clean with medittereaneo design with personal touch, the breakfast also was good.

Lovely room and good value. Not huge but to be expected in a city and actually larger than we expected. Ground floor but not noisy. Very friendly and helpful team. Central location, 10 mins walk to old port. Easy to arrive on metro from st Charles.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable - huge bed - and everything worked. Loved the pool too. At the airport I realised I'd left my passport in my room. The reception staff found it and sent it to me by taxi. Super efficient and much appreciated.

The rooms were large, modern and clean, plus bed was fairly comfortable. The staff on reception were very helpful when approached and although a bit expensive the breakfast was adequate.
